Structured clinical pathways, culturally responsive cohort-specific training and employment connections. KICKS partners with employment service providers to coordinate targeted interventions that address barriers to employment.
Clinical interventions are delivered by suitably qualified professionals and are subject to individual assessment and funding eligibility.

Clinical Pathways
Clinician-led therapeutic support for individually referred participants with a clinical barrier affecting employment. In development.
Cohort-Specific Training
Culturally appropriate training designed for First Nations participants and co-delivered with First Nations facilitators, plus adapted CALD and refugee programs.
Employment Connections
Connecting participants with employers and next steps, funded separately from clinical and training services.
Empowerment workshops
Short, experiential workshops that build confidence, resilience and purpose. Mindset before skillset. These workshops are not a clinical service.
