Cohort-Specific Training
Training designed for a specific community, with cultural responsiveness, the right facilitators and genuine engagement at its core.
First Nations Empowered
Designed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, and co-designed and co-delivered with First Nations facilitators. The training is culturally appropriate, addresses barriers specific to the cohort, and supports pathways into employment, education or training.
It is not generic job search, résumé or interview training, and it is separate from our clinical services.
KICKS Empowered is not a First Nations-owned organisation. We work alongside First Nations facilitators and community to deliver these programs.
CALD & Refugee Empowered
Adapted for language, settlement and cultural barriers. Communication is kept clear and accessible, and delivery builds confidence, belonging and community connection alongside readiness for work. This is an empowerment program, not a clinical service.
The funding category and price for each program are confirmed in writing with the commissioning provider before delivery.
