For Providers & Partners

Built for the hardest to place.

KICKS partners with employment service providers to coordinate targeted support for participants whose barriers show up as missed appointments, stalled activities and plans that never quite get followed through. Three distinct services, each matched to the participant and funded the right way.

What You’re Seeing

The barrier usually isn’t the resume.

Most participants we work with already have tickets, qualifications and plenty of past conversations. On your caseload, it looks like missed appointments, engaging for a week then going quiet, avoiding interviews, pulling back after a setback, and cycling back through the system.

Which Service Fits

Three services. Match the participant, not just the paperwork.

KICKS Clinical Pathways

Clinician-led therapeutic support for individually referred participants with a clinical barrier affecting their employment progress. In development.

About Clinical Pathways →

Cohort-Specific Training

Culturally appropriate training designed for First Nations participants, co-delivered with First Nations facilitators, plus adapted programs for CALD and refugee communities.

About Cohort-Specific Training →

Empowerment Workshops & Employment Connections

Experiential Women’s, Men’s and Youth workshops that build confidence and resilience, and separately funded connections to employers and next steps. These are not clinical services.

Not sure which fits? Tell us about the participant’s needs, without sharing clinical details, and we’ll talk it through.

How Referral Works

Three steps.

1

Start with a discovery call

Tell us about your caseload and the outcomes you need. Please don’t send health or clinical information by email.

2

We confirm the service and funding

Together we agree which service fits, the funding category and the price, in writing, before anything is booked.

3

Secure referral

Once the service is agreed, we’ll set up a secure way for you to refer participants. For Clinical Pathways, the clinician confirms suitability before booking.

What You Get Back

Reporting that matches the service.

  • All services: attendance and completion confirmation for every participant.
  • Workshops and training: participant feedback and pre and post self-rated measures.
  • Clinical Pathways: clinical progress and review reporting, within boundaries agreed with you and with the participant’s consent.
  • Itemised invoices that separate clinical, training and logistics costs.
